Poison Ivy Rescue Pine Tar Soap is a therapeutic-style cleansing bar formulated to help remove urushiol oil — the plant resin responsible for poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac reactions — while soothing skin exposed to outdoor irritants. Urushiol is a sticky, persistent oil that can remain on the skin and continue spreading if not thoroughly washed away.
